Mr. Pattanaik has over 15 years of experience in microfinance, micro-enterprise development and development sector consulting. He has worked with Public and Development Sector institutions in various roles before joining Peoples’ Forum as Program Head & CFO in 2007. His experience and expertise played a crucial role in the transformation of mission Annapurna to Annapurna Finance Private Limited, which under his guidance and leadership is now one of the top MFIs in India. He was the Vice President of MFIN (Microfinance Institutions Network), where he contributed to the overall issues pertaining to the financial inclusion sector. He also serves as the President of OSAFII (Orissa Association of Financial Inclusion), and is actively involved in the financial inclusion forum of the state. He holds a post-graduate degree in management from EDII, Ahmedabad, and a management certificate in finance from Boulder Institute of Management, USA.

Mr. Govind Chandra Dash is well known for his contributions in Community Service activities in Odisha. After having experience in social developmental works in Gram Vikas, he founded the NGO Gram-Utthan in the year 1990. Under his able leadership and Management, Gram Utthan has achieved several milestones and has created a niche position for itself in the NGO sector by continuously working for the development of the downtrodden people of Orissa. He successfully implemented Credit and Savings for Household Enterprise program of CARE-India (one of the largest financial inclusion program of DFID in South Asia). With the support of ICICI Bank, Central Bank, Axis Bank and other banks he pioneered financial inclusion program of Gram Utthan. He started first Housing loan services to rural households in Odisha in collaboration with Swarna Pragati Housing Micro Finance He was one of the associates of Rashtriya Mahila Kosh and National Minority Development Financial Corporation to improve Financial Inclusion in Odisha. He is one of the Project Advisory Committee members of UPNRM project of NABARD in Odisha. He founded GUFS(P)L as a separate company to provide an exclusive platform for Financial Inclusion efforts of Gram Utthan. Mr. Dash is a Master in Social Work (MSW) from the Asian Institute of Social Science, Berhampur.

Dr. Ajit Kumar Sabat is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of leadership experience in microfinance, business development, and strategic operations. – Working as Director in Sabrimala fintech Pvt ltd. Previously as Senior Vice President at Muthoot Microfin Ltd., he handled the operations of Eastern and Western India , driving digital transformation, portfolio growth, and customer empowerment. His previous roles at Asirvad Microfinance, Sahayata Microfinance, and SKS Microfinance highlight his expertise in launching new markets, streamlining operations, and leading high-performing teams across India. A specialist in risk management, product innovation, and digital solutions, Dr. Sabat is known for achieving exceptional portfolio performance and operational efficiency. He holds a PGDRM from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.V.Sc & A.H from OUAT. His collaborative leadership and stakeholder management have earned him accolades and international exposure, solidifying his reputation as a transformative force in the microfinance sector.

Mr. Pattnayak is the co- founder of Mahashakti Foundation, a first growing livelihood development institution. He is the pioneer in financial inclusion through livelihood financing in one of the poorest regions of the globe i.e., KBK districts of Odisha, India. Being a social entrepreneur, he has served on the five pillars of development for the most deserved community in association with Oxfam, UNICEF, DFID and CARE for over two decades. He is a post graduate in Political Science and Rural Management from Bhanja Bihar, Berhampur University. He is a Diploma holder in Micro Finance from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Pune. He also has an expertise in the field of livelihood and cluster development, managing institutional relationships, technical assistance on SHG promotion, linkages and federation building and capacity building of community as well as institutions. He has served in different national /state level NGOs in the capacity of Project Manager, Team Leader with the responsibility of overall implementation of the entire program. He also received the honor to work as the team leader of CARE CASHE (Credit and Savings for House hold Enterprise) of CARE (DFID Supported) for 6 years (2000-2006).
